He went on to build a plywood wholesale business, PlyVilla, and while working closely with the plywood trade, gradually moved into adhesive trading as well. That exposure surfaced a clear gap in the market: many adhesive dealers felt under-incentivized to actively push adhesive brands because of thin margins, even as they searched for a supplier offering premium quality at competitive prices and better returns for their business.
That insight became the founding premise of KoffClub.
