Shares of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd hit the 5 per cent upper circuit on Tuesday after the company announced its empanelment by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) as a Captive Non-Public Network (CNPN) Provider.
The stock was locked at 5 per cent upper circuit at Rs 19.96, compared with its previous closing price of Rs 19.01. The company has a market capitalisation of around Rs 1,500 crore. Its shares have touched a 52-week high of Rs 38 and a 52-week low of Rs 16.51.
In a regulatory filing, the company said it has been empanelled by BSNL as a Captive Non-Public Network Provider (Category III) following the execution of a formal agreement between the two companies. The agreement will remain valid for 60 months, and the signed copy was received by the company on June 25, 2026.
The empanelment allows Blue Cloud Softech to collaborate with BSNL in planning, designing, deploying, commissioning, and maintaining enterprise captive private network solutions across India. However, the company clarified that the empanelment does not assure any specific business or revenue, with the financial impact depending on the projects it secures in the future.
According to the company, Captive Non-Public Networks are emerging as a key enabler of India’s digital transformation by allowing enterprises to deploy secure, reliable, and dedicated communication networks tailored to their operational needs.
The empanelment makes Blue Cloud Softech eligible to participate in enterprise CNPN projects with BSNL across sectors, including manufacturing, logistics, utilities, healthcare, smart campuses, mining, and other industrial applications. The company said the development also strengthens its position in the expanding private 4G and 5G enterprise network ecosystem.
Blue Cloud Softech further stated that the empanelment enhances its telecom capabilities following the grant of its Department of Telecommunications (DoT) Unified Licence (VNO). It believes the development positions the company to capitalise on emerging opportunities in enterprise private networks spanning smart manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, utilities, industrial Internet of Things (IoT), and AI-enabled digital infrastructure.
The company added that the milestone aligns with its long-term strategy of delivering advanced enterprise connectivity and next-generation digital transformation solutions across multiple industries.
