Shares of Sindhu Trade Links Ltd searched around 7% on Friday to an intraday High of Rs. 25.73 from its previous closing of Rs 23.95. The company has 52 weeks high of Rs 32.74 and 52 weeks low of Rs 17.64. The company of market capitalization of Rs 3890 crore.
Earlier, the company received approval for strategic transactions involving Advent Coal Resources Pte. Ltd. The resolution covers the proposed transaction, valuation, exchange ratio, allotment of shares on a pari-passu basis, lock-in provisions, and ultimate beneficial ownership declarations.
Another significant development is the proposed acquisition of a controlling stake in Sainik Mining and Allied Services Ltd. Shareholders approved the acquisition of a 50.1% stake, comprising 21,36,765 equity shares, through a share-swap structure. The transaction also involves the proposed issue and allotment of Cumulative Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) on a preferential basis as consideration for the acquisition.
On the financial front, the company reported a significant decline in its consolidated performance during FY26. Consolidated net profit stood at ₹5,744.44 lakh, compared with ₹12,158.92 lakh in FY25. Consolidated income declined sharply to ₹57,964.51 lakh from ₹2,29,270.40 lakh in the previous financial year.
However, the company showed a sharp improvement in profitability during the March quarter. Sindhu Trade Links reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,396.08 lakh in Q4 FY26, compared with a consolidated net loss of ₹5,897.95 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
