PC Jeweller shares have witnessed a sharp rally, gaining approximately 26% over two consecutive trading sessions, driven by renewed investor interest following a significant bulk deal and the company’s improving financial position.

The stock surged as much as 12% during the latest session, touching an intraday high of ₹18.21 on the BSE, extending its recent upward momentum.

A key trigger behind the rally has been the acquisition of 5.10 crore shares by Aditya Kumar Halwasiya, promoter of Cupid Ltd, at ₹14.43 per share. The transaction, valued at approximately ₹73.59 crore, has attracted market attention.

The buying interest comes amid PC Jeweller’s financial turnaround. The company recently achieved debt-free status after clearing approximately ₹3,000 crore in outstanding dues to a consortium of 14 banks, ahead of schedule.

The jewellery retailer also reported 28% year-on-year growth in consolidated revenue for the September 2026 quarter, supported by healthy consumer demand. The elimination of bank debt is expected to reduce interest expenses and strengthen profitability.

Additionally, expectations of stronger jewellery demand during the festive and wedding seasons have supported sentiment across the sector.

Market participants will closely monitor upcoming quarterly earnings, trading volumes, and the sustainability of the recent rally. Despite improving fundamentals, the sharp price appreciation could lead to near-term volatility as investors assess valuations and future growth prospects.
