Goel Ganga Developments was founded in 1981 by entrepreneur Subhash Goel and started its operations through construction of houses like Trimurthi and Gangotri Apartments in historic Peth areas of Pune. It initially operated in the construction of good houses in old areas and gained recognition for its timely and quality work. It was the first real estate company to get ISO 9001 certificate in Pune in 1997.

Today, under the guidance of second- generation entrepreneurs Gunjan Goel and Anurag Goel, the company has delivered  over 105 residential plus commercial projects, across more than 35 million square feet of development, while another 30 million square feet is still in the pipeline. More than 40,000 families now call a Goel Ganga home, and that feels like a pretty big milestone  to say the least.

Landmarks That Define the Skyline

From the early ventures in Rasta Peth and Nana Peth to today’s landmarks throughout the city, Goel Ganga’s history can be traced through its projects, which reflect the growth of Pune. The decade of the 1990s is marked by the entry of the company into Viman Nagar and Koregaon Park with Ganga Puram and Ganga Cascade projects, contributing to the reputation of the places as premier residential localities.

The following decades witnessed the company’s expansion into emerging corridors including Aundh, Baner, and Kondhwa. Some recent examples include Ganga Platino project at Kharadi, which is a six-acre landmark with seven towers offering luxurious apartments. Ganga Utopia at Bavdhan spans six acres with four twenty-five storey towers, having a private rain forest and acupressure walking trails.

In the commercial domain, Ganga Trueno at Pune Airport Road can be regarded as an exemplary business park with two towers and column less office spaces. This facility has been built specifically for IT firms, MNCs and retail giants.

In addition, towering structures like Ganga Imperia with a three-tower construction and a height of 30 stories have completely transformed the skyline of the city.

Goel Ganga distinguishes itself in the sense that it believes in the idea that real estate is more than just buildings.
