The SWITCH EiV9 has been created specifically for urban applications in order to improve efficiency. Thanks to its lightweight design and advanced electric drive technology, it reduces energy consumption and, therefore, minimizes operating expenses. Furthermore, the bus has regenerative braking and dual gun CCS2 fast-charging features to make sure the vehicle can be used even for longer distances. It operates with a Permanent Magnet Variable Reluctance (PMVR) electric motor capable of delivering up to 213 kW peak power output providing stable acceleration and driving experience on all kinds of roads.

It features a spacious and airy cabin, fully functional front and rear air suspension, ergonomic seating, and dedicated USB charging points for each passenger. Furthermore, it also offers the option of pushback seats for transporting staff, enhancing comfort on long journeys.

Safety has been given paramount importance in the design of this bus. The EiV9 is equipped with a fire detection and suppression system. Additionally, disc brakes are provided on both front and rear wheels. It also has pneumatic suspension driver seat, digital OVRM.
