Ahead of the launch, the company has revealed some details regarding the major features of the upcoming device. In addition, the brand had announced a dedicated post-purchase customer care facility for its customers.

As per the information shared by Mivi, the Mivi One 5G will be launched in India on September 24th at 12:00 PM. It will be exclusively available through Flipkart website, and there is a dedicated landing page created for it already. There are five color choices available for the device, namely Burgundy, Pink, Gray, Blue, and Green. It comes preloaded with Android 16 and will get updates till Android 18.

As per the official confirmation from Mivi, the Mivi One 5G will feature a dual rear camera setup, where the primary rear camera will be 50MP in resolution. The details regarding the secondary camera are yet to be revealed. The device will come with a 6,000mAh battery and 128GB of storage space.

A Qualcomm Snapdragon 5G chipset will power the Mivi One 5G, though the exact processor variant hasn't been disclosed. The company claims it will be the only phone in its segment with a Snapdragon 5G processor. It is expected to launch at a price point of ₹15,000.

Mivi also announced its 'Mivi Care+' after-sales program for the One 5G. This after-sales service package includes a one-year complimentary standard warranty. The brand claims to provide services through over 500 authorized service hubs in India. The company is promising a seven-day replacement policy for the upcoming phone.

The brand says that customers can track digital service through a dedicated Mivi Care+ mobile app. It claims to offer free doorstep service pickup and return delivery for Mivi One 5G smartphones in over 19,000 pin codes.
