The disagreement that began in a Lenskart optical store in the Beta-2 region of Greater Noida’s police station premises escalated in no time. While initially the conversation was normal, things soon got intense, scaring other customers and employees in the store who had to stop their activities temporarily.

First, on Thursday evening, a customer visited the store, raised issues regarding the religion associated with the firm and ended up fighting with the customer named Suraj and another customer over this matter. The debate started off casually but became increasingly hostile. According to those present, the customer became angry and began abusing and suddenly raised his hand on the employee. The situation escalated, leading to a scuffle between the two.

The entire incident was recorded on the CCTV installed in the showroom, which is now rapidly spreading on social media. As soon as the video surfaced, people reacted differently, and the matter became a topic of discussion. The video clearly shows how a small argument suddenly escalated into a physical altercation. This viral video has raised questions about the severity of the incident, as well as public behavior and safety.

Following the incident, the victim, Suraj, filed a complaint with the Beta-2 police station. Police immediately took action, confiscating CCTV footage from the showroom, and have launched an investigation. Officials say the accused is being identified based on the video and will be apprehended soon. The police have also clarified that strict action will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again.
