According to reports, this cab service will be launched in Delhi NCR from January 1, 2026. After that, the service will be available in Delhi and the NCR region. However, the government has not yet officially announced the date.
Although media reports suggest that this cab service will be launched on January 1, 2026, bookings can already be made on its app.
To check the actual date for this taxi service in Delhi, we downloaded their application, and then we were able to complete a booking from Noida to Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. The application indicated that for a distance of 28.5 km, one would need to pay ₹563 for a non-AC taxi, ₹622 for an AC taxi, and ₹1007 for an XL taxi.
According to the government, Bharat Taxi will operate with a no-commission policy. Drivers providing cab services through this app will also not have to pay commission, which can increase their earnings.
