Speaking at a press conference following the incident in Rampura-Kanwarpura village under the Sanganer constituency, Ranka demanded the resignation of Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar. He warned that the party would launch a statewide agitation if their demands, including the withdrawal of restrictions on public inspections of government schools, are not met.
The standoff occurred early Friday morning when CJP activists visited a local government primary school as part of their ongoing "School Thik Karo" campaign. Party members claimed the visit aimed to highlight structural deficiencies, alleging the school has been functioning under inadequate conditions resembling a cattle shed for years.

Conversely, local villagers defending the blockade stated that the educational institution did not require outside intervention. Representatives noted that ₹12 lakh had already been sanctioned by state authorities for the renovation of the primary school building. Residents asserted that the village community was fully capable of overseeing the work without external political campaigns disrupting classes.
