Maruti Suzuki has disclosed the ARAI fuel efficiency figures for the facelifted Brezza. The updated compact SUV costs ₹7.40 lakh and is available with three engine variants - naturally aspirated petrol, turbo-petrol, and CNG. The mileage differs between 19.96 kmpl and 26.90 km/kg depending upon the engine type.

The new 1.0L turbo-petrol engine generates 110 bhp and 170 Nm. The 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine generates 103 bhp and 129 Nm. The 1.5L CNG engine generates 88 bhp and 121.5 Nm in CNG mode, whereas it generates 103 bhp and 139 Nm in petrol mode.

The CNG Brezza is the most fuel-efficient one with a claimed mileage of 26.90 km/kg. In the case of petrol variants, the naturally aspirated variant with manual gear ratio delivers the best mileage figure of 21.09 kmpl. The turbo-petrol manual delivers the next best mileage figure of 20.47 kmpl.

Compared to the previous Brezza model, there has been an improvement in the claimed mileage for every engine option. The naturally aspirated petrol manual version in the LXi and VXi trims now delivers a mileage of 21.09 kmpl, up from the previous 17.80 kmpl. The manual's mileage has increased from 19.89 kmpl to 20.81 kmpl, while the automatic variant now offers 20.17 kmpl, compared to the earlier 19.80 kmpl.

The Brezza CNG has also become more fuel-efficient; its claimed mileage has risen from 25.51 km/kg to 26.90 km/kg. A turbo-petrol engine has been introduced in the facelift model, available across the LXi, VXi, ZXi, and ZXi+ trims. In terms of claimed mileage, the LXi and VXi variants offer 20.47 kmpl, while the ZXi and ZXi+ variants deliver 19.96 kmpl.
