What inspired you to launch The Proven Code, and how is your approach different?

We started The Proven Code because we saw a serious problem—most supplements in India are sold on marketing promises, not real proof. In fact, even FSSAI confirms that more than 44,000 samples were found to be non-compliant in a single year 2022-23. An editorial in The Lancet (2024) remarked that most supplement claims have scant evidence beyond placebo. Our goal is simple: every product we offer must have some published clinical data and proven safety behind them. We don’t want anyone taking supplements blindly anymore.

Q: What steps are you taking to ensure the purity and quality of your products?
