The ‘Whispers of Jodhpur’ pop-up is a testament to this collaborative spirit. Rooted in tradition but presented with Ishaara’s signature finesse, the vegetarian-forward menu will bring the royal kitchens and rustic flavors of Rajasthan to an urban audience. Guests will embark on a culinary journey through Jodhpuri cuisine, from hearty classics like Dal Baati and Chakki ki Sabzi to innovative takes on street delights such as Pyaz ki Kachori. This initiative aligns with Ishaara’s core objective to spotlight the depth of underexplored regional cuisines and present them in a refined, authentic manner. Home Chef Shubrata Singhvi adds her take on these Jodhpuri classics marrying her heritage with the legacy from the region she holds close to her heart.
