Guests will embark on a culinary journey through Jodhpuri cuisine, from hearty classics like Dal Baati and Chakki ki Sabzi to innovative takes on street delights such as Pyaz ki Kachori. This initiative aligns with Ishaara’s core objective to spotlight the depth of underexplored regional cuisines and present them in a refined, authentic manner.
