Tiger Logics (India) Ltd., a leading end-to-end international logistics solutions provider, has secured two major air import contracts from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) for the transport of approximately 310 MT of cargo to Visakhapatnam.
The contracts, representing a business value of approximately ₹8.8 crore, will be executed through three chartered flights, with approximately 80 MT being transported from France and 210 MT from Saudi Arabia. Under the contracts, Tiger Logistics will manage the shipments on an end-to-end ex-works basis, covering the complete logistics chain from origin to destination.
The scope includes air freight, customs clearance, and local transportation, ensuring seamless handling and delivery of the specialized cargo from the origins in both countries to the designated destination in Visakhapatnam, India. The scale and nature of the assignment underline Tiger Logics’ growing capacities in handling over-sensitive and specialized air cargo movements for large public sector undertakings.
The contracts further strengthen Tiger Logics’ growing expertise in air imports for PSUs, building on its experience of executing specialized logistics assignments for leading public sector enterprises, including Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). The renewed trust placed by HPCL reflects the company’s ability to manage complex, high-value, and specialized cargo movements with operational precision.
