Tiger Logistics Q1FY27: Revenue Jumps 49% to Rs 152.5 Crore as Company Maintains Strong Business Momentum

The company’s operating expenses stood at ₹14,165.34 lakh during the quarter, with employee benefit expenses at ₹568.52 lakh. Finance costs were reported at ₹123.61 lakh.

Profit before tax stood at ₹290 lakh, while profit after tax was ₹216.99 lakh for Q1FY27. 

The quarterly numbers point towards a period of significant business expansion for Tiger Logistics. With revenue crossing the ₹150-crore mark in the first quarter, the company is operating at a larger scale and has an opportunity to further improve operating efficiencies as volumes grow.

The increase in employee expenses also indicates continued investment in human resources to support the company’s expanding operations. Going ahead, improving cost efficiencies and leveraging the larger revenue base could remain important areas of focus.

The Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial results for Q1FY27 along with the Directors’ Report for FY26 on August 12, 2026.

The company has also scheduled its 26th Annual General Meeting for September 24, 2026, which will be conducted through video conferencing. 

The statutory auditors, Garg Agrawal & Agrawal, issued a limited review report on the interim financial information and stated that nothing had come to their attention indicating that the financial information was not prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.
