SEIL’s balance sheet underwent a powerful transformation this quarter. The company successfully executed preferential allotments, receiving ₹14,089.50 Lakhs upon the allotment of Convertible Equity Share Warrants. Additionally, the company allotted 2,82,97,870 Equity Shares upon the successful conversion of warrants, bringing in a premium amount of ₹3,989.99 Lakhs.
