Two FDSA-led knowledge sessions anchored the day. Mr. Rajiv Gupta, Vice President, FDSA, opened with an overview of the Federation’s industry advocacy, awareness, and growth initiatives, highlighting how policy engagement and grassroots advocacy are securing a sustainable future for millions of direct sellers. Later, Mr. Kishore Varma, General Secretary, FDSA, addressed Consumer Protection Rules, regulatory compliance, and sustainable industry growth, outlining the legal framework governing direct selling in India.

Moderated by Dr. Surender Vats, the renowned voice of India’s direct selling industry, the first panel featured Dr. Sanjay Jain (Safe and Secure Online Marketing Pvt. Ltd.), Mr. D. H. Kadam (Mi Lifestyle Marketing Global Pvt. Ltd.), Mr. Rajiv Gupta (FDSA), Mr. Anton Selvin (Unibiz Multi Trade Pvt. Ltd.), and Mr. Vipul Makwana (Dayjoy Marketing Pvt. Ltd.). The second panel, moderated again by Dr. Surender Vats, tackled a pressing industry challenge.
