Fox Petroleum Group to invest USD 50 million in Danube Industries

The first tranche of USD 25 million will be utilised to strengthen and expand existing operations, while the second tranche will be earmarked for the acquisition of businesses that align with the company’s long-term growth strategy.

The two organisations will work together on the company’s growth and expansion strategy, leveraging their respective expertise, networks and industry experience. The partnership is expected to support Danube Industries’ transformation into a technology-focused enterprise, with plans to rename the company to Fox Danube Technologies Limited.

The funds will be used to support technology development, expansion initiatives, strategic acquisitions, new business verticals and innovation-led programmes. The collaboration will also focus on opportunities in artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, IT-enabled services, infrastructure, energy-related technologies and international business development.

As part of its future roadmap, Danube Industries plans to unveil its AeroDefence Division on August 15, marking its entry into aerospace, defence and advanced technology-related initiatives.
