Delhi, August 13, 2026: B L Kashyap & Sons Limited (BSE: 532719, NSE: BLKASHYAP), one of India’s leading civil engineering and construction companies, today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.
During Q1 FY27, the company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹345.12 crore, compared to ₹336.42 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, registering approximately 3% year-on-year growth. Revenue in the preceding quarter, Q4 FY26, stood at ₹363.71 crore.
The company demonstrated improvement in its operating performance during the quarter, with EBITDA increasing approximately 10% YoY to ₹28.58 crore, compared to ₹25.96 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹26.92 crore in Q4 FY26. EBITDA margin expanded to 8.28%, compared to 7.72% in Q1 FY26 and 7.40% in Q4 FY26, reflecting improved operational efficiencies and a favourable project mix.
Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹10.02 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to ₹10.85 crore in Q1 FY26. This marks a significant turnaround from the loss of ₹12.52 crore reported in Q4 FY26, which was impacted by an exceptional loss of ₹37.82 crore.
The company maintained a robust order book of ₹4,712 crore as on June 30, 2026. During FY27, B L Kashyap secured new orders worth ₹272 crore, further strengthening its project pipeline across key segments.

We are also looking to increase our participation in government and railway projects, leveraging our execution capabilities and experience.
