Apollo Micro Systems Ltd (“Apollo” or “the Company”), a 41-years-old pioneer in defence technology, specialized in design, development, and manufacturing of advanced electronic, electro-mechanical, and engineering systems, today announced that it has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement (the “Agreement”) with Premier Explosives Ltd to acquire Promoter shares of 41.33% for approximately INR 1550 Crores in all cash deal.
Premier Explosives Limited is engaged in the business of High Energy Materials, rocket motors for defence & aerospace, countermeasures and munitions.
