Best Crypto Presale: Coinbase Battles for Federal Clarity as DeepSnitch AI Offers Retail Investors Advantage

Coinbase is taking three US states to court to lock in federal protection for its planned prediction markets. This legal offensive aims to confirm that financial products regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) cannot be stifled by state gambling laws. With new regulations coming up daily,  the most valuable assets will be those that provide transparency.

Because of this, the search for the best crypto presale is shifting from speculative memes to verifiable utility, and DeepSnitch AI has it all. DeepSnitch AI provides the intelligence tools needed for smart trading. With its presale already raising over $850,000, and a confirmed January launch, DeepSnitch AI is a high-growth opportunity.

Coinbase sues states for prediction market clarity

Coinbase has opened a new war for crypto regulation by suing regulators in Connecticut, Illinois, and Michigan. The exchange is asking federal judges to declare that prediction markets listed on a CFTC-regulated platform fall squarely under the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) and federal jurisdiction, rather than being subject to 50 separate state gambling codes. Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal noted on December 19 that these markets belong under the CFTC’s watch.
