Healthcare stock Park Medi World is expected to remain on investors’ radar after Choice Institutional Equities reiterated its ‘Buy’ rating on the company with a target price of ₹350, citing its aggressive expansion strategy, improving patient mix, and robust earnings outlook.
According to the brokerage’s latest research report dated August 4, 2026, Park Medi World is well-positioned to deliver sustained long-term growth, supported by its ambitious vision to expand its hospital network to 10,000 beds, a cluster-based expansion strategy, and increasing contribution from private-pay patients. The brokerage also expects accelerating Average Revenue Per Occupied Bed (ARPOB), which is likely to support margin expansion over the coming years.
Choice Institutional Equities has factored in an additional acquisition of around 300 beds during FY27 and expects the company to deliver a strong financial performance over FY26–FY29. It projects revenue and EBITDA to grow at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 35.3%, while profit after tax (PAT) is estimated to grow at an even faster CAGR of 42.2% during the same period.
The brokerage has maintained its valuation multiple of *18x EV/EBITDA* based on FY28 estimates and reiterated its ‘Buy’ recommendation with a target price of ₹350, indicating continued confidence in the company’s growth trajectory.
Park Medi World has been expanding its footprint across North India through a combination of greenfield projects and acquisitions, with management focusing on disciplined capital allocation and deeper penetration into Tier-II and Tier-III cities. The company’s asset-light, cluster-based approach is expected to enhance operational efficiencies while supporting long-term profitability.
The positive brokerage outlook comes as the healthcare sector continues to attract investor interest, with hospital operators benefiting from rising healthcare demand, capacity expansion, and improving occupancy trends. Park Medi World’s expansion pipeline and improving business mix are expected to strengthen its competitive position in the coming years.
