New Delhi [India], August 17: Hazoor Multi Projects Limited (HMPL) has secured a Letter of Award (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a contract valued at ₹28.47 crore, strengthening the company’s presence in the highway infrastructure and user-fee collection segment.
The company disclosed the development to the stock exchanges on August 15, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations.
One-Year Contract from NHAI
Under the LOA dated August 14, 2026, HMPL will undertake user fee collection at the Madangundi Fee Plaza at design Chainage Km 12.300. The fee plaza is located on the four-laning stretch between Km 0.000 and Km 27.500 on NH-31 in Jharkhand, being developed under NHDP Phase-IV on an EPC mode.
The scope also includes the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, along with replenishment of consumable items. The contract was awarded through a competitive e-tendering process.
₹28.47 Crore Order Value
The contract carries a broad consideration of ₹28.47 crore, comprising ₹28 crore and ₹47 lakh. The execution period for the order is one year. The contract is domestic in nature and relates to collection of user fees.
The company has also disclosed that there is no promoter, promoter group or group company interest in the entity awarding the contract. The order does not fall under related-party transactions.
Strengthening Infrastructure-Focused Operations
The latest NHAI mandate adds to Hazoor Multi Projects’ order portfolio and provides the company with an opportunity to expand its operations in highway-related services. With the contract covering both fee collection and maintenance-related activities, the mandate gives HMPL exposure to an integrated highway facility management assignment.
The company’s stock exchange filing identifies NHAI as the awarding entity, while the project itself is classified as a domestic contract for collection of user fees.
