Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a contract worth ₹24.33 crore, according to a regulatory filing dated August 11, 2026.
Under the contract, the company will undertake user fee collection at the Ramnagar Fee Plaza located at Km 1280.370 on the Baran-Shivpuri section, from Km 1251.814 to Km 1305.087 of the New NH-27 in Madhya Pradesh.
The scope of work also includes the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, along with replenishment of consumable items.
The LOA was issued by NHAI on August 10, 2026, following a competitive bidding process through e-tendering. The contract has been awarded to Hazoor Multi Projects as a domestic entity.
Contract valued at ₹24.33 crore
According to the company’s filing, the broad consideration or size of the contract stands at ₹24,33,33,090, or approximately ₹24.33 crore.
The contract is scheduled to be executed over a period of one year. The nature of the order is user fee collection, with the associated maintenance responsibilities forming part of the scope.
The company said the order was awarded through competitive bidding and confirmed that the contract is domestic in nature.
No related-party interest
Hazoor Multi Projects stated that there is no promoter, promoter group or group company interest in the entity awarding the contract. The company also said the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
The company made the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The latest order adds a new contract to Hazoor Multi Projects’ portfolio in the road infrastructure and highway user-fee collection segment, with the company set to execute the mandate for one year.
