The Redmi brand of Xiaomi will introduce its latest model of the brand, Redmi Turbo 5, in India next week, on June 16. Following the launch, you can order this device from Amazon and the official website of Xiaomi India. There will be two variants in black and white colors.

This smartphone will become the first representative of the series of the Chinese company's sub-brand in the Indian market. Ahead of the product's release, Xiaomi has already shared some information about the device and revealed its detailed technical parameters. Some important characteristics are listed below:

According to the information from Xiaomi on the company's official microsite, this new device will retain its dual rear camera system used in the Chinese model.

It is expected that this phone will be equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset. Its RAM capacity will reach up to 12GB of LPDDR5x Ultra with 12GB virtual RAM, so you can get a total capacity of up to 24GB of RAM. The phone will also offer UFS 4.1 onboard storage.

The Redmi Turbo 5 will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization and electronic image stabilization support. The primary camera will also be accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. For selfies and video calls, the phone is expected to feature a 20-megapixel front camera housed in a hole-punch display cutout.

Furthermore, the all-new Redmi Turbo 5 will feature a flat 1.5K Fluid Display with support for a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. This Redmi smartphone will also come with 100W wired fast charging support, just like its Chinese variant. Additionally, the phone is expected to pack a 7560mAh battery.
