There's great news for Royal Enfield fans. The company is all set to launch a new model of its bike, the Guerrilla 450. The company has also released a suspenseful teaser video. This new bike will be officially unveiled on March 27, 2026. This bike is based on the Sherpa 450 engine of the Himalayan 450.
The current Guerrilla 450 is known for its speed and style, but it had some shortcomings that have demanded improvements for a long time. According to customers and experts, its old tires lacked good road grip. Additionally, its suspension felt very stiff on rough roads.
This time, the new bike, the Guirrella 450, is expected to come with new variants and colors, which will help the company attract more customers. It may also come with some new features such as traction control and cruise control, which will make the bike ride smoother and safer.
It is not expected that the bike’s basic frame will be changed much. The bike will most likely have 17-inch alloy wheels with special tires, not the old thick dual tires. This will make the bike grip the road better. The company may also offer the bike with a quick shifter, which will make the bike rider not have to use the clutch.
It is powered by the same old 452cc single-cylinder Sherpa engine. This engine produces 39.5 hp at 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. For better highway handling and stability, it features 43 mm telescopic forks at the front and an adjustable monoshock at the rear.
For safety, the bike features 310 mm disc brakes at the front and 270 mm disc brakes at the rear. Dual-channel ABS is also standard.
