According to media reports, the Hero Macrick 440 bike offered by Hero Motocorp has been discontinued. For what reasons has the bike been discontinued? At what price was the bike offered? 

Hero Motocorp previously retailed the Hero Mavrick 440 motorcycle in India. Media reports state that the bike has been discontinued. No official announcement has been provided by the manufacturer regarding this as of now. Until writing the news, the bike remains on the manufacturer's website.

According to reports, there was a continuous decline in the sales of Hero Mavrick 440. Due to which its sale has been discontinued.

Many great features were offered by the manufacturer in the Hero Mavrick 440 bike. This bike had an LED headlight, LED DRL, LED taillights, LED turn indicators, disc brakes on both wheels, 17-inch alloy wheels, 175 mm ground clearance, a digital speedometer, as well as more than 35 connected features.

The manufacturer used to give it an air-cooled oil-cooler engine of 440 cc capacity. Due to which it got 20.13 kW of power and 36 Newton-meters meter torque. Along with this, it had a six-speed gearbox.

Maverick 440 bike was being offered in three variants by Hero MotoCorp. Its ex-showroom price was between Rs 2 lakh and Rs 2.25 lakh.

Hero MotoCorp's Maverick 440 was being offered in the 440 cc capacity segment. In this segment, it competed directly with bikes like Harley Davidson 440X, Triumph Speed 400, Triumph Scambler 400, and Bajaj Dominar 400.
