The exports of iPhones from India amounted to ₹2 lakh crore (Apple iPhone Exports) during FY26. It currently stands as the highest branded export from the country, surpassing diamonds, auto fuel, and pharma products. The increase in the manufacturing of smartphones in the country has been facilitated by the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) program introduced by the central government.

According to data submitted by vendors to the administration, Apple is the largest branded exporter across all categories under the Harmonized System (HS) classification. HS is a group of over 5,000 globally traded products.

The value of smartphone exports from India stood at ₹2.6 lakh crore ($29.4 billion) in FY26, with iPhones accounting for 75%, or more than $22 billion, of this total.
